How ordering works

Account to delivery in four steps

One account, one contact and clear paperwork on every order.

  1. Apply for an account

    Tell us about your business. We check your company and VAT details and confirm your account.

  2. Get the offers list

    We send our current lines with prices ex VAT, quantities and minimums, and tell you when new stock lands.

  3. Order and pay

    Order by email. We confirm availability and send a proforma; stock is released on payment.

  4. Delivery and reorders

    Delivered UK-wide by parcel or pallet. Ask us to reserve incoming stock on lines you reorder.
